Le Comité syndical francophone de l'éducation et de la formation (CSFEF) is a network of sixty educational organisations across 37 countries. It represents more than one million teachers and other education staff at the institutional bodies of French-speaking communities.
The CSFEF statutes particularly highlight the priority of development in education, respect for social justice and democracy, and the fight for all human rights. In addition to its representative role at the institutions of French-speaking communities, the CSFEF is developing several activities in the field of solidarity and international cooperation. This includes promoting citizenship classes in French-speaking education systems, teacher training on democracy and human rights, union and legal support, and providing teaching material. The CSFEF publishes the French- speaking union review as well as teaching sheets and research reports.
