Cities for life - Cities Against the Death Penalty

On November 30, over 600 cities worldwideincluding over 30 capital cities lit up their public buildings in opposition to the death penalty.
This initiative, which originated in Italy, now includes over 30 capital cities. All the cities involved commemorate the anniversary of the first piece of legislation to abolish the death penalty, in Tuscany in 1786.
